As we grow older, this becomes more complicated. The body slows down little by little, and the older we are, the harder it can be to lose inches from our body. So, what can we do?

From the age of 30, several factors affect our ability to maintain this Spanish guitar figure. One of the main causes is stress. Being in a constant state of stress can cause the stress hormone known as cortisol to be released.

To lose weight after 50
I am not 50 yet but I have seen a lot of my family and friends lose weight after the age of 50. So, if you’re in that age bracket, know it is possible.
From all the studies I have read, healthy eating and maintaining an active lifestyle is crucial. Ladies at this age will need to pay special attention to menopause. Hormonal changes are normal.
At any age, resting well and following healthy routines will be the key to maintaining your figure. Some people may have less energy to do an intense workout. Do not feel discouraged, try low intensity exercises such as walking. Practicing yoga can be a great option too. Also, try a more balanced diet with lots of vegetables, fruits and water.
