DISCLAIMER: This article is for general information purpose only. Never disregard your medical advice and/or delay in seeking treatment because of something you read here. Speak with your doctor if you are planning to try some of the teas mentioned here.

So, without further ado let delve into today’s post, which is all about teas and the benefits they bring to our health and general wellbeing.

Infusion lovers are always on the lookout for the best teas in the world. Give me a cuppa of my favourite milky tea or lemon and ginger and you will get all the best gist in town!

There are different categories of teas, and each one presents its best components in granting multiple benefits to the health and wellbeing of those who drink them. The best teas in the world will depend on the taste of each person and the objectives they have when taking the infusion.

Green Tea

It is undoubtedly one of the most famous teas. Japanese Gyokuro produces one of the best in the world. The harvest lasts 21 days, and the crops are grown under a dark fabric awning that blocks 90% of the light from the plants. By taking a cup of green tea daily, you are protecting your body from developing cancer. It also helps in preventing several cardiovascular diseases. Antioxidants present in green tea delays aging and stimulate the metabolism, which further helps an individual to lose weight.

Mint Tea

Do you want to improve your health in a refreshing and pleasant way? The mint tea is the most suitable choice because of its capability to enhance digestion, decrease pain, eliminate inflammation, relax the body and mind, cure bad breath, aid in weight loss, and strengthen the immune system.

Lemon Tea

Vitamin C is an effective antioxidant that is even used on the skin and it has been known to help to diminish spots too. Many cosmetics companies include vitamin C in their ingredients. Drinking lemon tea contributes to a brighter skin thanks to the supply of antioxidants such as vitamin C and the polyphenols in the tea.

Camomile Tea

This is my favourite tea. I love it just before bed to unwind and relax myself. Cuddling a big mug or camomile tea and watching a nice movie on netflix is the sweetest deal ever! (smiley face).

The camomile infusion allows a great help to our body at the digestive level too. In situations where we feel that we have not digested a meal well and have discomfort, letting ourselves be helped by the properties of camomile is always a good idea.

Its ability to relax our body helps the digestive system, promoting the movements that the stomach and intestine need to make in a coordinated way to promote good digestion. Thus, it relieves abdominal pain and indigestion too.

I use camomile tea for relaxation purposes.

Lemon and Ginger Tea

The ginger is used as a home remedy to relieve pain, improve digestion, and burn fat. While lemon helps cleanse the body and contains antioxidant properties.

The ginger tea with lemon works as a tonic which helps lose weight, prevents inflammation, strengthens the immune system, and lowers cholesterol.
