  3. Weight training: Lifting weights is an aerobic exercise that comes along with a fantastic result. It can be done in your garage, back garden or even your room. However, you may require an equipment for this cardio exercise.

  4. Burpees: It is one of the most difficult but most successful way to burn fat. Burpee is performed by bending over, do a squat thrust and return to a standing position. With just 10 burpees a day, you can lose weight really fast.
