Dancing will not only help you sweat your heart, it will make you to enjoy your weight loss journey.
Skipping Rope: This was one of my favorite outdoor childhood games. Rope skipping doesn’t only enhance your footwork, coordination and shoulder strength, but is also a fantastic cardiovascular exercise that helps increase your body’s metabolism. You can also perform invisible jumps if you don’t have a rope.
Weight training: Lifting weights is an aerobic exercise that comes along with a fantastic result. It can be done in your garage, back garden or even your room.
Burpees: It is one of the most difficult but most successful way to burn fat. Burpee is performed by bending over, do a squat thrust and return to a standing position. With just 10 burpees a day, you can lose weight really fast.
Running upstairs: I know how it feels like running upstairs. I know how painful it is, yet one thing positive about it is the amount of calories to burn. It also strengthens the legs, heart, lungs and abs. So it’s not different from other cardio exercises. It’s high time you say bye to the elevator and run upstairs instead.
Are you ready to be more active and get back to shape by losing weight at the comfort of your home? Sure you want. Make sure you start now. A thousand miles journey begins with the first steps. If it’s been long since you last exercised or you have a health problem, it’s necessary for you to see a doctor before you start.
You need to take it slowly at the beginning. Something like a five minutes dance in the morning and another 5 minutes in the evening. You can add 5 minutes more daily for additional challenge. Soon, you finally find yourself dancing your weight out with fun for at least 30 minutes a day. Note this is in the case you are working out at home. As you get used to it, you can then add other cardio exercises from the list above.
